For people who are ready to stop performing their own lives.
Sometimes you need to do this work alone before you can do it with anyone else. Individual sessions are for the person who's hitting their edges — in relationships, in their body, in their sense of self — and is ready to actually look at what's underneath.
We work somatically, which means we're not just talking about what happened. We're working with what your body is still carrying. Sessions blend talk, mindfulness, and body-centered practice. You'll start to understand how your nervous system, your history, and your sexuality are all talking to each other — and you'll develop real capacity to change the conversation.
This is for you if you're navigating sexual shame or dysfunction, attachment wounds, trauma, identity, or just a persistent sense that you're not fully living your own life.

For when the problem lives in the body.
Sex therapy with me starts with one assumption: you're not broken. You've adapted. Your body learned to protect you, to perform, to go numb, to override — and those adaptations made sense at the time. This work is about gently unwinding them.
Somatic sex therapy is talk therapy that includes the body. We don't skip the nervous system to get to the insight. We work at the level where patterns are actually stored — slowly, carefully, and with a lot of respect for the pace your system needs.
This is for people navigating pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction, low desire, difficulty with orgasm, sexual trauma, or just a deep sense of disconnection from their own pleasure and aliveness.
For when you've hit the ceiling of what talk therapy can do.
You've done the work. You understand your patterns. And they're still running you. That's not a failure — that's a sign the patterns are stored somewhere language can't reach.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) works by inducing a non-ordinary state of consciousness that interrupts entrenched neural patterns in a way traditional therapy can't. It doesn't do the work for you — but it creates a window where the work can go deeper, faster, and further than it otherwise would.
I've been trained in KAP and work with it specifically in the context of relational and sexual healing — attachment wounds, shame, trauma, identity. If you've been circling the same material for years and you're ready to actually move it, this might be worth exploring.
Available in Colorado. Get in touch to learn more.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST
My work as a somatic sex and relationship therapist lives at the intersection of embodiment, attachment, and erotic expression. I help individuals and couples recognize how inherited patterns shape their desire, boundaries, and relational dynamics — and reclaim sexuality as something lived from the inside out.
Sexuality isn't separate from who we are — it's how we inhabit our bodies, move through the world, and open to intimacy. When we reclaim sovereignty in our erotic lives, we reclaim it in our lives as a whole.
My practice is kink-affirming, sex-positive, trauma-informed, and inclusive of diverse identities and relationship structures. Whether you're healing from sexual trauma, exploring desire, navigating attachment wounds, or longing to feel more fully alive in your relationships, this is a space to return to yourself.
